The
object inversion command serves to evert the surface of an
active object. The object thus becomes visible from the inner side. This command changes the sequence of the face vertices (the opposite face side will become the front side), and it also inverts the direction of the face normals (The faces will be lighted from the opposite side), the
visible object side parameter remaining unchanged. An example for the command utilization is the firmament making use of the hemisphere inner side.
